My name is Collette Harris and I am a certified Master Life Coach (CMC) and Anger Management Specialist (CAMSII) with a passion for helping individuals manage their anger, triggers and emotional responses by building emotional intelligence and coping skills. My journey began when I realized the impact that unchecked anger had on my own life and relationships and also how it affects our communities at large. With years of training and personal experience, it leads me here walking with and guiding others through their struggles.
